We ship international and US. Items typically leave our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. If you would like your order shipped same day or FedExed please email us directly. We ship via USPS Priority, Priority Express & First Class Mail in the United States and International. Shipping quotes can be found in the Grab Bag up checkout. And on average First Class takes 2-3 business days in the US. 5-10 business days international. Poppy's Closet is not responsible for shipments lost in the mail in the US or International. Poppy's Closet will not replace/refund the missing item(s) or shipping fee. Please contact your shipping provider to file a complaint. Buyer is responsible for any/all taxes and custom duties that may apply. You will recieve an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
All purchases may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Items must be returned in new, unused/unwashed condition with original tags attached and postmarked within 14 days. Customers must request a RMA# via email at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to mailing packages. We will reply within 24hrs with return mailing address. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once we recieve the return it will be credited or exchanged within 5 business days. Store credits expire after 6 months. Please print copy for records. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no refunds, exchanges or store credits. Sales Tax in conformance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, shipments to destinations in Nebraska are charged sales tax of 5.50%.
