Items typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. We ship via USPS Priority & Express Mail in the United States and International. And on average takes 2-3 business days in the US. 5-10 business days international. Poppy's Closet is not responsible for shipments lost in the mail. Please contact your local post office to file a complaint.

All purchases may be returned for store credit or exchange. Items must be returned in new, unused and/or unwashed condition within 14 days with original invoice in package. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a RAN# prior to returns. Buyer pays return shipping fees. Once we recieve the return it will be credited or exchanged within 5 business days. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or store credits. Shipping fees will apply for replacement merchandise.
We accept Discover, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Pay Pal . Sales Tax in conformance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, shipments to destinations in Nebrsaka are charged sales tax of 5.50%.
Occasionaly items sell out, if that is the case we will refund your item immediately and bring this to your attention.
